Ken Clark is currently a Realtor, political consultant and former state legislator. He was the campaign manager on the successful NO on 200 state-wide ballot effort, which defeated a payday loan initiative. In 2007-08 he was the Chairman of a ballot effort to make more competitive legislative and congressional districts in Arizona.

Description
Every 10 years, Arizona redistricts its state and congressional districts. The rules for redistricting include a loophole that politicians used in 2002 to draw even safer districts. We have fewer competitive districts now than we did in 2000. Ken will suggest a way to pressure politicians to make districts that are truly competitive in 2010.
