IGNITE PHOENIX PRIVACY POLICY

Ignite Phoenix takes your privacy very seriously. We promise will never spam you or sell your information to a third party.

 

If you apply to speak at Ignite Phoenix, you will need to give us your name, phone number, and email address so we can communicate with you prior to the show. We give you the option to share your Twitter handle and website URL so we can help promote you. The only information we will publish on our site is your name as part of the submission list and link it to the website or Twitter account you provided.

 

If you are selected to speak, your name and Twitter handle will be published as part of the show’s lineup on our website and in the program. We may also publish your name, Twitter handle, and website when we release the video of your performance at Ignite Phoenix.

 

Ignite Phoenix also has an email distribution list. You opt-in to this list by subscribing on our site or by purchasing a ticket for an Ignite Phoenix event. You must provide your name and email address so we can send you important information regarding Ignite Phoenix events. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

 

Ignite Phoenix sells tickets for its events through the box office at the venue and/or EventBrite. We receive your name and email address when you buy a ticket, but never your credit card number or billing information.

 

We may share your information with a third party if we have a good-faith belief that sharing the information is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or enforceable government request; to investigate potential violations or technical issues on our website; or to protect against harm to Ignite Phoenix or its operators or participants.
