Like we said on our website, Ignite Phoenix After Hours is that kid in junior high your parents told you not to hang with, only now, you’re an adult. You can hang with whoever you want, so why not submit a presentation that mommy wouldn’t want to hear? Why not share your deepest, darkest passion with a room full of strangers who will accept you for who you are, because let’s face it: we all have a dark side.
We only have a couple rules:
- You must be 21 and over to present AND attend.
- Your presentation cannot incite hate.
- Your presentation description should be safe for general consumption; your presentation can be anything but.
It’s that easy. For your submission, we just need a general idea of who you are and what you’d like to talk about. Don’t be shy. And for tips, check out this blog post. If you have the guts to set your presentation free, it means you’re promising the freaky, friendly IPAH team that:
- You are able to speak on this topic in 5 minutes, not a second more.
- You can create a 20-slide presentation to support your talk.
- You have no fear.
