Our sponsors make the Ignite Phoenix world go ’round. We couldn’t do this without them and we appreciate them more than they can know.

In addition to our sponsors, there are a few other organizations who do very important things for us behind the scenes. We’d like to put them in the spotlight for a moment and let you know who they are!

Phoenix Innovation Foundation (logistical support)

The Phoenix Innovation Foundation is a Phoenix, Arizona-based nonprofit whose mission is to educate and promote the development of the local Phoenix-metro community through community-based art, science, and technology events.

We assist any or all free, public, and community-run events—whose mission parallels our own—through the donation of logistical and legal support, as well as the administration of charitable funds.

Tempe Tape & Disc (CD printing)

Tempe Tape & Disc started in 1985 as Tempe Tape Duplication Service and the name was changed in 1997 to reflect the dominance of compact discs in the industry. Though we rarely do tape anymore we never had the heart to change the name after so many years.

Tempe Tape & Disc is the oldest disc broker in Arizona; we broker disc products because there are no CD manufacturers in Arizona. We supply compact discs, DVDs, cassettes, and all related printed graphic material and packaging. Our prices are competitive with anyone in the U.S and our quality is always excellent.

Echo Coffee (meeting space and semi-official Ignite Phoenix HQ)

Echo Coffee is born from the idea of combining community with amazing coffee. Echo Coffee’s philosophy is simply stated as “Fresh. Local. Organic.” To that end, Echo Coffee serves organic, direct trade coffees roasted on site. We only use organic, locally sourced milk. As well, all of our pastries, sandwiches, and salads are made in house as well, and of course feature high organic content.

Communication Collective (event photography)

The Communication Collective, a boutique agency in Phoenix, specializes in graphic design for all print media such as packaging and custom publications, photography for events and advertising, social media for business and more. For further information, email [email protected]

Jeff Ambrose (event photography)

Jeff Ambrose Photographic Services. Real people. real love. Real photos.

Jeff is one of two photographers capturing the events and emotion tonight. His images will be posted to our Flickr group in a few days, so if you like what you see, contact him to photograph your special event!

Michelle Reyes (t-shirt design)

My name is Michelle Reyes and I am a recent graduate of The Art Institute of Phoenix. I have my bachelor’s degree in advertising. While I was in school, I ran my own design driven blog, TheDealyNews.com. It enabled me to learn more about social media, emerging design technologies, and the advertising industry before I started working in it. I am currently employed with an integrated digital agency called Defero as their lead designer. As such, I provide additional concepts for campaigns, design of the visual components for presentations and implementation and sometimes I write copy. Ultimately nothing can compare to the year I have spent at Defero immersed in the actual applications of what I learned in school. I love to design and art has always been part of my life. I am very fortunate to be able to share my passion with a much larger audience.
