A seat is a terrible thing to waste

We know that sometimes the best laid plans don’t work out and people who bought tickets are unable to attend Ignite Phoenix. But a seat at Ignite Phoenix is a terrible thing to waste. Fortunately, the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts box office has stepped in to help! If your tickets are at Will Call, you can email the box office at boxofficestaff@sccarts.org and ask them to change the name on your tickets. So, if you’re unable to attend and you have a friend who would like to go, just ask the box office to put your friend’s name on your tickets. On event night, your friend can pick up the tickets just as you would have. It’s fast and easy!

Also, we know that you may not have anyone specific to give your ticket to. Don’t worry, we’ve thought about how to handle this as well! Just let the box office know that you want to give your tickets to our fearless leader, Jeff Moriarty. He will pick them up on event night and we’ll add your tickets into a pool along with other unused tickets. Before the event starts, we’ll make these available on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone who doesn’t have a ticket and would like to attend.

Wait a sec! Did we just say that there will be free tickets? Yes, but there are some requirements. The free tickets will only be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on event night. We will not be offering these via Twitter or reserving them for people who are not present. This means that you have to be there IN PERSON to receive a ticket. Also, we make no guarantees as to how long the ticket pool will last. Once they’re gone, there are no more.

Thank you for helping us make sure no seat sadly goes unused.
